Everyone at Autohaus was helpful--never pushy--which is not typical of our car buying experiences at other dealers. Raffy and Dale were great to work with. I had a great experience at Autohaus Williamsburg and I highly recommend their service department and service consultant Preston Williams. I brought my 2003 Volvo to them for routine service and help with resetting an instrument. Autohaus provided expert service to my car and Preston worked with me over a couple of visits to finally correct a long standing, nagging and subtle problem with my instrument cluster. My car is running great and I am a very satisfied customer!
As for the Service Department: I have used their services with many cars I have owned in the past, from Audi to Porsche and now, among others, a modern classic Italian exotic. Every time they delivered exactly what they promised: there doesn't seem to be anything that relates to the operation of an automobile that they can't resolve. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and punctual. Ah, and Simon (the Austrian technician extraordinaire) is absolutely a gem at diagnosing and fixing anything. In a word, he is a genius in his field who can make "easy" out of "enormously complicated".
I truly can't commend Auto Haus highly enough: and my opinion as a customer is based over many years and countless interactions with them.
