Best car wash in the Williamsburg area. Worth every penny. A must try. Sometimes they are really busy but that's a good thing.
Pretty cool place to get your car washed! Multiple prices for every budget and they even have a package that includes Rainx! The waiting area is in AC and the chairs are super comfy.
This was my first visit to a facility of this nature and I was instantly impressed. It's well planned. The lobby is spacious, clean and comfortable. Customers can watch the bays where they'll see an attentive, hard-working crew tending to car after car. It's a popular place.
When my car was done, I was blown away by the quality of work. There was no evidence of the illness. The car looked and smelled like new. I didn't pay a fortune. If there was a Mega Auto Spa in my hometown, we would be regular customers.

I hadn't planned a trip Mega Auto Spa while visiting Williamsburg, but an unexpected family illness put me in need of detailing service for a new car. The on-line reviews seemed overwhelmingly positive and the owner's comments indicated great care for customer service, so I headed there first thing the next morning.
My husband and I have gotten the full car wash and detail package about 3 times now. The first time we were amazed and thought the almost $100 cost was well worth it. Both times after that, we didn't feel like it was worth the price. The second time we paid for the package we brought the car in a little while before they closed (about 35 minutes by the time we pulled into the detailing bay) and they only spent about 20 minutes on it. The most recent time we went, we spent over an hour detailing the car ourselves after we got it home because they just didn't do a great job. We still had to bring it to a gas station to vacuum it out afterwards. We will never pay for anything more than the automated car wash here from now on.
The manager was super attentive, examined the situation and made a reasonable recommendation. He really cared about my plight.
