Best dentist and staff I've ever had. If a trip to the dentist can be considered a "pleasant experience," Dr. Rubin's staff go out of their way to make it so. Dr. Rubin is extremely knowledgeable about his craft, and his staff is both personable and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Rubin as a dentist to everyone I meet.
Williamsburg Family Dentistry and Dr. Rubin are great. They are always on time; I never have to wait. And yet when you're in the treatment room they never seem rushed. Dr. Rubin is thorough but gentle. They are not always trying to sell like another practice I went to before. The treatment recommendations are thoughtful and explained well.
Had a great visit today. My dental hygienist was very gentle and caring. And the doctor took pictures of what he was seeing so he could better explain my need for a crown. I feel comfortable here.
No one likes to go to the dentist. But the staff here are professional and friendly. They do procedures the most comfortable way possible. They are quick yet through.
The staff is wonderful about dealing with insurance company's and making sure that you have the best updated information. I feel very blessed to be their patient.
Upon entering the office you are immediately greeted by the staff who go out of their way to help you. They always remember my nickname which I think is another special touch. Dr. Dunnill is always in tune to what his patients are feeling about a visit. He wants you to be comfortable, in no pain while in his care, and insists on addressing any issues that worry you.
I would highly recommend them to any age patient.
