Poor customer service. There were far more employees than customers yet I had trouble finding anyone to ring up my purchase. I stood in front of the register for a few minutes and multiple employees walked past me and didn't offer assistance or inform me that the pick up line on the other side of the store was currently where people were being checked out. Once I made it to the pick up line multiple people passed again and didn't offer to assist me. The person running the line had two people waiting to pick up items but couldn't ring anyone up so I waited another ten minutes until finally someone walked behind the counter and after they had been there a few minutes asked me if I needed assistance. During the check out process he barely spoke to me other than to ask if I needed a bag. Not personable at all. If this wasn't the only place that I could find the particular movie I wanted I would never shop here. I don't plan to ever again. 11/30 at 6:20pm
Just wasted 45 minutes of my life trying to "rapid exchange" a phone because customer service didn't know how to do their job! Than they tell me they're going to override it and just give me a different phone (phone I didn't want) after I stated I be ok with them sending my phone off and me waiting... than he tells me I owe him $76.. why in the world would I pay for a phone I don't want because you don't know how to do your job... so I just cancelled the process... I honestly can't believe they wasted that much time of my life for no reason! And I still have to wait smh... guess I come in the morning! I love best buy but after this I will never buy from that one again WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
My experience at my local Best Buy store is always pleasant and effortless. Paul B has come across the store at times to help us out and goes above and beyond to ensure that our experience is pleasant, all while . If I were to have the ability to hire him myself I would not hesitate for a second. He is professional, well mannered, and well versed in his craft. I feel that it would highly benefit Best Buy as a whole to allow him to be a leading example of what a store associate should be. I hope that he is well compensated for his effort and sincere attitude that he has shown us time and time again. Yes, at times it is easier to go to Amazon and with a few quick clicks of a mouse have a product in route to our location, but Paul B. has made shopping at Best Buy more personal and definitely more enjoyable and that is why I prefer shopping at my local Best Buy rather than its competitor.
This store have no idea
All I wanted was a new smart phone. I looked around the aisles, but couldn't find the right phone display. I asked an idle salesperson where the Samsung phones were and he gave me an irritated look and waved his hand and said "they're right there." So they were. I then asked about a specific model and he came over as if it was the worst imposition on his valuable time and said in a barely audible voice "carrier?" I said Verizon. He pointed them out to me. I asked about a specific model and he replied, "I don't have it on display." I asked if he had them in stock. He said he didn't know. I waited for him to say he'd go look. But that was it. No offer to check, just silence. Then I said I guess I'll just have to go to the Verizon store then. He shrugged and didn't say anything else. So, I left.

In my opinion, if this is the best Best Buy can do, it would be for the best if they just closed their doors and went out of business. It would did us all a favor.
