Always a pleasure walking into the store. Extremely friendly and most courteous staff of employees. The entire store is well organized and easy to find what you need, and a staff member will surely take you to the product or service of need!!!
First time using this store and had a horrible experience. I was recommended to come to ace hardware to fix my screen for my pets cage. When I dropped off the screen, they told me it will be done the next day. I called 2 days later wondering if my screen was finished and one of the staff members rudely told me that if they didn't call me, it is not done. They did not try and look for my product. A week went by and Never got a phone call back. I tried calling them and the man told me they would work on it the following morning and call me when it was done the next day. I waited a few more days and never got a phone call back. It has now been over a month and I still don't have my screen back.

I would not recommend using this store if you need to have anything repaired. Horrible service. Who knows when I will ever get my pet screen back. I had to get a new cage because it took so long for them to finish it.
Worst hardware store I've ever been to. Tried to return a hand tool that has been sitting in my car since I bought it 5 days ago. Take it back and the mouthy cashier claims "oh you use it we won't take it back." It's obvious it hasn't been used the stickers are still attached. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this cut rate outfit. I'll only go to Lowe's from now on. It's funny these places wonder why they are going out of business.
