When I go to hotels, I always put my headphones in my bed. During the night while I was sleeping they got pushed of the the right side of the bed (I remember hearing them drop) . The next morning after we checked out and had gotten home I realized I forgot them their. I called the hotel and they said they couldn’t find them in lost and found. They checked the hotel room and asked the house maids and still said they couldn’t find them. So this means that the only person between me leaving and the next guest is the housemaid... sounds a bit fishy if you ask me, and now I’m out 140$ pair of headphones. Terrible.
The room was okay. The front desk agent, Ashley, was very informative. This was our first time traveling to Williamsburg and she gave us a the information we needed to enjoy our vacation.

This hotel was great! It was just me and my two young children and after 1500 miles of driving over a few days this was a blessing. Nancy greeted us at the front and went the extra mile to make me and my kids feel at home. She remembered my kids names and would talk to them as we we enter or exit. My boy is shy and he warmed right up to her. The rooms were great and with the bedroom separated from the living room I was able to get some relaxing alone time.
We stayed here over the weekend for a lacrosse tournament. We loved the fact that we had a sweet and there was a separate television for three different people. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator so if you come stocked with food you don't have to go out for dinner. The Suites were very close to the lacrosse fields at the War Hill Sports complex. Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and convenient.
Next, the water in the bathroom had so much chlorine that it made our eyes burn, dry our skin and made my hair feel like a straw.
The happy hour brought a crowd to the bar area, which was great. Getting to know people from all around was fun. However, some people at the bar appeared to be there as friends of the bartender....overly drinking and using a rather inappropriate language...making us feel uncomfortable.
All-in-all I highly recommend this hotel.

Update / response : I would be MORE than happy to remove my response... WHEN I find my headphones. I have looked everywhere for them when I know for a fact that they were at the hotel. So until then I will most certainly not remove my review.
The hotel is nicely decorated and has a great flow. The staff is very friendly. The stay includes hot breakfast and complementary drinks and appetizers during a happy hour.
the same hair was found on the nightstand, vanity stand and bathroom floor....gross.
They had an evening social that I didn't get to take part in, but it looked great (next time I need to bring the wife along ;).
