I needed to have a package picked up and redelivered. I called in to the dispatcher ... 20 minutes later ... the package had been redelivered across town to the correct address. VERY FAST!
Rip off stay away from triangle taxi service use uber or another service she charged 15.00 to go just 2 miles to grocery store, claiming a county charge to come there, she was already there dropping off. Beware beware !!!! Do not use!!!!
We used triangle taxi cab number 505 and the service was horrible and the language that the driver used with us was very unprofessional.They charged us an outrageous amount of ten dollars to go less than a mile down the road. We will never use this cab service ever again as they are crooks and just out to take advantage of tourists. They will charge you twenty dollars to go from bypass road to bush gardens or water country USA and then if u want to go from one park to another which is only a mile exactly down the road another twenty dollars. Save yourself and your family by taking Best Taxi of Williams burg as they are not even half as much and are more reliable cause triangle will tell you a time and then not be there at that time. Sorry but i thought others should know before they get ripped off and are just as mad as we were. I had to put a star rating but do not think that they are worth one star at all and that is horrible since your experience is dependent on your transportation
I called at 4 pm for a 6:30 pm pickup. I'm late for my appointment because it is now 7:07 pm.
The wait time is very long. They are very rude. I had just the worst taxi service ride in my life. Would never ride again. And would never suggest this Triangle Taxi Service in the Williamsburg area to anyone ever.
