It was okay store. Not so much of selection for my size. I would go to this store whenever I go to williamsburg
I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. It started with playing soccer as a kid and eventually grew to your motorsports line and my love for all motorsport, especially your collaboration with the Scuderia Ferrari. I'm diehard fan of F1, in particular the Scuderia Ferrari. When 2 of my favorite things came together I have been an exceptionally loyal customer, I have purchased no less than 30 pairs of Ferarri sanctioned Puma and that is the only footwear I prefer to wear, work in and drive in. I also only wear jackets of the same prestige and passion. That being said my most recent experience with purchasing Puma shoes has been incredibly frustrating and has left me to believe that Puma couldn't care less if it lost not only an unbelievably loyal customer, but an advocate for the brand. I feel let down. I purchased a pair of shoes to be overnighted in which I paid an additional $25 to ensure they were delivered to me because I needed them. Turns out my money was taken and no product was ever intended to be sent. So her I am shoes paid for, the money has been removed from my bank account and is in your possession. However I won't be getting a pair of shoes no matter what. I just want my shoes and I'd like them tomorrow seeing as how you've taken the money for the shoes and the money to have them delivered tomorrow. Pretty simple request seeing as I've held up my end of the bargain. I've attached a photo of my collection so you know I'm not a liar. I do not like being stolen from and feel as this is what happened, as payment was made and no service or product rendered. I truly needs these shoes tomorrow and now must go locally to purchase a pair, which will not be the pair I want or the brand I prefer. I hope that Puma as a company will try to correct this situation immediately, but feel as the damage has been done. I've attached photos so you know I'm not full of lies and here is my order number.
This location needs to get this slimy creep in the blue windbreaker out of their store and stop horrassing their customers. Look at the tape from last night.

All the great Puma gear at incredible prices
I like the Puma brand, but don't like Puma outlet stores in America. All the clothes sold here are for fat people. A size S T-shirt in this store is sold as a size L in the rest of the world. Can't even buy anything here because it's all huge and baggy. They should call this store "Big & Tall Puma"
This location has a complete creep working for it. There was a store full of people, but he focused all his attention on me. I was deep in shopping for shoes, I asked for no help, and I was shopping with purpose (knowing exactly what I wanted). I never looked at the guy and he proceeded to stand close by trying to talk to me, tell me my hair was pretty and that I was beautiful. I thanked him and continued shopping. He then proceeded to talk to me even though I ended the conversation with my thank you. He started asking me about my boyfriend, to which I said, he was away, which was this guys cue to try to hug me and whisper to me that I was sexy. It took everything in me not to punch him in the face. I was with my family and I didn't want to make a scene. He proceeded to blow kisses to me as I was shopping in the store.
Yours truly upset,
I am reviewing the store only because the company itself can't be reviewed and I ordered online. Puma,
My aunt, who had been there another week, told me that same guy was hitting on her and asking her about her boyfriend. My uncle and her kids were in the store with her.
