Clean store as pet stores would go. The staff seemed very friendly and knew what they were talking about when it came to recommendations for pet supplies. Its not that visible from the street nor is it easy to navigate to the parking lot.
I shop here for my two cats and fish. Its always really clean and the staff are super friendly. I had an incident where my mystery snails bred and the tank was over run by baby snails. They were able to give me good advice and even offered to take the extra snails. My only complaint is that they don't carry prescription pet food. Sometimes my cat needs the prescription Science Diet and they don't carry it, which means I have to shop else where. I really like this store and wish I could shop here all the time.
I've been to a lot if chain pet stores and this is one of the best. The animals are well kept and cared for. The store is clean with friendly staff.
