This place is a tip. The bathrooms don't look as though they have been cleaned in a decade, most have no paper in the lavatories. The showers are full of bugs. My wife would not even enter the bath house building it's so gross.
A vast grass field of rows of power outlets. It reminds of a cross between a 1950s style holiday camp and a scene from Tom Hanks film 'Big' when he was wandering around the deserted fairground.
All the outbuildings are delapidated and broken up.
The campground has around 200 sites, and there were 11 campers here on Memorial Weekend. All the other campgrounds were full. You get the picture?!
Its the upper management that is being tight on the money, but if you are looking for a place that is close to everything in Williamsburg then this Campground gives you full hookups with various discounts at a great price, Enjoy the open fields and shaded areas and let the kids play all day while you relax under your RV's awning, if you don't like the facilities use your RVs facilities you have full hookups.
Poor excuse for a campground. If cheap is your only criteria, this place is for you. Otherwise, run the other way. There are several other much better options nearby.
Don't expect anything other than a patch of grass and full hook up, and then you won't be disappointed.
It's good deal for stay more weeks. It's not many people around here but it's good spot to stay here a quiet place. The bathroom with shower is dirty with a lots of bugs. It's not bother me because that is camp for. Just pour water on bugs away from shower that not to hard to doing it. I give a five stars for best place to stay here for quiet spot and peace.
I have two stars as it was $15 for full hook up for the night (no cable, no big deal: the antenna picked up plenty of stations).
It was nice. Pretty grass.. Did not try the showers . Easy to get into. Spots a bit narrow for 50 amp sites.
