Enterprise Rent-a-car has always met and exceeded my expectations for a rental company. Their prices are lower than the competitors and their door to door service is great. I have never had anything to complain about with the vehicles or the service Enterprise provides.
Mostly a good experience.....some shortcomings. In the initial booking, we asked for a GPS. We picked up the car, there was no mention of the GPS and we forgot to ask about it. By the time we remembered, the Enterprise office was closed....had to wait 'til Monday. Called on Monday and was told they didn't supply any GPS equipment at that location and that the airport was the only location that had GPS equipment. Email bill arrived billing us for a GPS usage. Called to have that charge removed. Turned the car in on the following Friday (just got lost a few times while we had the car) and that worker assured us that the DID have GPS equipment....too late!.
The staffs were helpful but the rental system was too bad. Made a reservation for pick up at 11am but the car is only available at 3pm. This is ridiculous.
My husband and I arrived to Enterprise a little after 5. The staff had a few customers and got to us quickly. Desiree, was extremely attentive, kind and cheerful. She even offered to take us back to our hotel. It was near closing times and I was beyond grateful she went the extra mile to return us to our hotel. We had a a great conversation on the 10 minute drive and we will return within a couple days to rent another car. Highly recommend.
