I was traveling with my Mother and Sister and they are big Pandora fans. They like to get charms when they travel so they have something from the trip. This store was very busy, but we didn't have to wait for assistance. Staff did not make use feel rushed and answered all the question that we had.
I went into this Pandora store recently because it was the closest one in the area. This is my first time going to a Pandora store and I probably won't ever go again or recommend it to anyone else, thanks to this pandora in williamsburg. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help for about 30 minutes. I came in wanting to shop for a bracelet and wanted information about how the pandora charm bracelet worked but no one helped me. I'm very disappointed.

Went here looking for a wedding band. I'm a simple person and have always admired the classic looks Pandora offers. That's why we chose this store. When we walked in the store was full of those "just looking" people. I picked what I wanted within 10 minutes and chose a back up just in case. We waited while watching other "customers" trying things on just to leave with no purchase. We tried approaching three different employees who somehow managed to slip away after seeing us. After waiting in line we were turned away because there was a "sign in sheet," no one informed us about. So after that 45 minutes of standing we were turned away. It is hard to give a store a good review when they do not greet you, do not inform you of their protocol, ignore you for others who are clearly not buying, don't so much as look at you, don't extend help, run from you to go hide in the back, and then just turn you away altogether. It was as simple as getting the ring, and taking a payment. Won't return to say the least. There is no better way to lose a returning customer than to make them feel unwanted in the store, or to speak to them like they are unworthy of being there. Sadly a day of excitment was turned into a day of disappointment.
