Overall a pretty good hotel. Hotel is very close to Busch Gardens, which is covenient after a long day at the park. We were able to check into our rooms very early in the day. Rooms were up to date and clean. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that our bathroom light stopped working in the middle of the night. I would stay there again.
You just can't go wrong with Marriott brands. Staff was extremely friendly and had a big smile. Thank you. However, you have to note this property is aged, but very clean in my opinion. Given its price n overall condition, I give it a 5 star review.
Great hotel in a good location. Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were clean. I loved having a little balcony to open and get fresh air. The staff was very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Both the front desk and the breakfast crew were having fun.
This hotel is great!! I needed a hotel for one night stay the room what Immaculate and spacious. The guess service staff was so nice. I would definitely recommend people stay there. The room rates were reasonable.
I stay here regularly for work so I have experienced truly excellent service on many occasions. But more important, I have gotten to know the management AND staff and I see the same excellent service provided to other guests. Most are long term employees who work as a team, accommodate the surges in demand with sincerity, and maintain a consistent friendly and positive attitude. The entire hotel had a major renovation 4 yrs ago and it still is in the same shape as my first visit in October 2013. Food is always fresh, rooms always clean. Truly exceptional hotel and staff!
