Friendly check in. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Indoor and outdoor pools. Very close to attractions. Good breakfast.
Facility was well maintained. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Employees were very nice. Reason for 2 stars is the air unit in the room. The units are so loud that it startled me from my sleep. Spoke to 3 different employees including a manager. I was told that there was no way to keep the fan running and that all units are that loud. Didn't sleep at all first night. Went to Wal-Mart the very next morning and bought a space heater. I shouldn't be paying over $100 a night to have to buy a space heater. Would love to give a higher rating but I feel people need to be warned! If you can use ear plugs, then this is a 5 star facility. I can not use ear plugs and therefore, will not be staying here again.
Pleasant stay here, as usual Hampton Inn is my go to place to stay when I'm traveling. Friendly staff and clean anytime coffee, tea, hot chocolate , free breakfast. Folks I've never been let down with this hotel chain, and they'll go the extra mile for your satisfaction.
This was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. The staff was very friendly and polite. There were deer and geese right outside of the hotel. It was a great stay.
Hampton in is located nearby everything we would want to see or do while we are here. We have been given excellent customer service by staff, including management, front desk and cleaning services. We love coming up to our spacious room to fresh linens, towels, etc (on previous visit they even arranged our children's stuffed animals cutely among the pillows). There is a great indoor and outdoor pool, and an accomidating gym. We especially love their continental breakfast.
