Not perfect. Not bad. Doing some renovations. Hopefully fix the little things. Staff was friendly. Good location. Water pressure in shower was a lot however tub very slow to drain and could use some more nonslip mats.beds are comfortable a little squeeky but not too bad.
This hotel gave us the sign early on that it wouldn’t be a pleasant experience. The smell in the lobby bathroom was unbearable and was very tough to breathe. Came back 2 hours later the smell was still there. The smell in the lobby and room smelled like an old ashtray that had experienced flooding in a sewer plant. The room was dirty and the sheets had smelled like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. Do yourself a favor and head towards the bypass where all the nice hotels are. Plus they are cheaper.
Some of the nicest staff I've seen serving at a hotel of its class. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was an excellent compliment, though I feel the quality of the food could use some improvement as it was a bit dry.
Clean, spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Right in the middle of restaurant row, walking distance to several eateries and shopping. Close to many popular attractions.
Very nice, staff friendly and courteous. Nice selection for breakfast. Had to ask for bath towels as none in the room and they were brought promptly.
