Great rooms great location. Can walk to colonial Williamsburg. WIFI is awful. Cell reception is worse.
Our 2 bedroom was very nice, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable. We were there on our Sampler and had to attend a review meeting that was to last 45-60 minutes. That's where things went bad. It was not a review of how to use points we had but was a hard sell to get us to buy more and wasted an entire morning and due to his bad info, our entire day we would have gone to Colonial Williamsburg.
Its a time share with individual apartment like rooms. It comes with your basic essentials pots, pan's, dishes, toiletries, ext. It has a heated swimming pool, games, pool table, ping pong, Xbox,, weight room, and free wash and dry laundry. It is family and children friendly. There's a waffle house not to far away if you don't feel like cooking. I say over all its an ok place but not worth the money you spend every month to keep it.

Brand new and well placed! Staff was very nice and rooms were beautiful...kind of expected as it is almost brand new. Has a nice pool area for the family and is about 10 minutes from the amusement parks. One of the rooms had a four person bunk bed system which was an amazing option that the kids loved.Can't to stay here again.
