My family and I went here for kayaking because it was inexpensive and near our hotel. The lake was beautiful and we had a great time...until we returned the boats and were paying. A young worker came up to us and rudely accused us of swimming in the lake because of the amount of water in the kayaks. We questioned her because we hadn't gone swimming, we were just splashing a lot and having fun. While we had a good time I don't think we will be using the boats again for fear of upsetting the dock staff.

Lots to do here. Walking Tails, Bike Trails, Kayaks and Canoes for Rent, BBQ Areas. Its great for families and groups that just want to enjoy the great outdoors. It is starting to get a little cool though.

Very nice park. Can't go wrong with it. Really relaxing hiking trails where you can bike as well. Awesome place to walk your dog around the lake. Kayaks for rent at reasonable prices. There is a $2 cover for parking and for launching your own kayak. Still very affordable. 4 shelters for private parties. Recommended
Went geocaching here but left wanting to come back just to rent a pedal boat and to disc golf. Has a nice area for dogs. Highly, highly recommend.
