Our dog attends playcare 2-3 times a week here, has been boarded multiple times, and of course this is also where she receives her routine check-ups and shots.
It all started with the complimentary wellness appt after we adopted our puppy almost a year ago, where they gave us so much valuable information and help, and we just kept coming back!
I feel like the staff genuinely cares about Summer! If she shows any signs of concern, they call me right away. The customer service is excellent. The staff here are friendly and caring.
I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere because I do not like their business practices. Be careful dealing with this organization. My experience has been that the veterinary clinic uses the boarding service to get additional business. When I first decided to use the boarding service 6 months ago, there was a rigorous set of requirements, for which I complied. I was then subject to a variety of marketing materials encouring me to use the veterinary service (I already have a local animal clinic that I am very happy with so I have not changed). The most recent incident (and why I am posting this) deals with an “update” from the veterinary clinic that my dog needed a specific test. I declined. Several weeks later when I scheduled the next boarding time, I was told that the “test” needed to be performed prior to allowing my dog to be boarded. Please note, I complied with the boarding service’s every initial requirement. This recent test is now a requirement that I apparently wasn’t told about. In other words, it seems very convenient that the test veterinary clinic wanted to perform on my dog is now a requirement to have my dog boarded.
I always recommend this place to my friends, because I really believe it's the best place in town.
We have the highest praise for Godspeed & veterinarian Dr. Dumont. While visiting the area from Pennsylvania, our beloved miniature schnauzer had what was determined to be an FCE, fibro cartilaginous emboli, a clot in his spinal cord. God surely led us to this place, as they saw our dog at the end of their day. Dr. Dumont & the staff were friendly, caring, knowledgeable, & compassionate, during this very stressful, anxious time for us. Dr. Dumont ended the emergency visit by praying for us & our dog Bailey. Since our return to Pennsylvania, Dr. Dumont has followed up with two calls, to check on our Bailey. Don't hesitate to take your pet to this wonderful veterinary practice. But, the vets themselves are amazing and really care for the animals and some of the staff is nice. Its just hit or miss.
My dog LOVES coming to here, and we LOVE leaving her in such capable hands.
I can't imagine taking our dog Summer anywhere else.
Sadly, my sister passed away a few months ago, and I had to board Summer on literally a moment's notice for a lengthy amount of time. It is times like these when we need someone we can rely on to care for our pets! During her stay, she got sick. The staff kept me informed during the entire process, sometimes with calls throughout the day. They answered every question I had, and took better care of her than I would have been able to.
I love the vet. She is amazing and we always go to her for out cats. The office staff can be a little terse, especially on the phone. On our last visit I could hear my cat crying in the back room and a male vet tech making fun of her. It was really heartbreaking for me and I wasn't sure what to do. I think the staff could do with sensitivity and customer service training.
This was one of the best vet experiences I've had with my furbaby. They were so fast and efficient. The staff was extremely friendly and a breeze to work with. Thank you!
