Long long time, to wait wait...
I hate to leave my name or picture, anyplace. but I do not mind here. Because, I 'd like to say thanks to all of you. This is a very very nice hospital. Also, the food is so wonderful, best of best. I felt like I am in 7-stars hotel.I'd like to say thank you, all ,,, I love all food staff, house keeping staff, too. My name is Jay Joo.
I went for severe neck and clavicle pain with SWELLING at site. Pain will not go away. NO ultrasound to rule out sub clavian aneurysum no nothing..labs and Dr stated YOUR OK. Go home see your DR. Well a second opinion coming soon. with I told you so.....Dr very short with me...rushing me when I spoke about my concerns...to smile and say you ok..go to your dr...have a nice day...then took and hour to give me papers to go home!
Used to be better. They are trimming back services and doctors are leaving the organization. They are better than Riverside by a long shot!

Sentara in williamsburg is by far the worst hospital with the longest wait times. Although, riverside is no better. You just have to chose between the worst and almost the worst. Everytime I come in to this facility I think it will be different. Nope. Same treatment or worst. What's so funny is that my expectations are already low, and they still impress me on how lazy, and dissatisfying they are. Physician came in, for what I expected to be less than five minutes to talk to us. We waited almost 6 hours to be told, it's what they call a threatened miscarriage. To check in with my wife's obgyn this week. Customer service is always horrible. When it changes I'll definitely write another review. Until then, it's like as always very bad. If it's a minor pain take a little drive outside of williamsburg. If you can't afford to drive that far because of pain, then you have to decide. Is the pain worst then how you be treated, on how long you'll be in pain before you're seen.
