Horrible service. Doctor did nothing for me basically laughed at me. Was very rude to me.. can hear music playing at nurses station and loudness. I came here for help, there are people's loved ones in pain defiantly feel like it was unprofessional. If I could I'd give a 0 star my only option was 1. Never will I be coming back here. The nurses need to find a new profession since there hearts are not in taking care of people, felt more like a nucense.
With life and death around us at all times we some times become De sensitized to ones feeling of what can be fixed and what needs healing prayers. Our Families have been welcome with open arms and not turned away in the hours we needed help. I can not speak for everyone and I have allowed myself some time before i posted this. My father is fighting for his life each minute in ICU. We don't know the out come as of this letter but are speaking in faith he will make it. Please when you read all the reviews keep in mind the pain and fear that one MAY have when writing their letter.
THIS IS THE BEST HOSPITAL IN HAMPTON ROADS FOR ANYONE THAT HAS SOMEONE WITH AUTISM. I HAVE AUTISM MYSELF, FRIDAY FEB 24TH 2017 BEST OUTPATIENT SURGICAL PROCEDURE EXPERIENCE.
THIRD ISSUE IS WITH THE REGISTRATION AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE PLEASE HIRE SOME MORE REGISTRATION PEOPLE NO ONE WANTS TO WAIT 20-30 MINUTES TO GET REGISTRED BECAUSE YOU HAVE ONLY 1 PERSON AT REGISTRATION THAT IS WORKING ESPECIALLY DURING PEAK HOURS ETC.

WENT TO EMERGENCY ROOM DUE TO VOMITING AND NAUSEA AFTER IV SEDATION FROM WISDOM TEETH BEING REMOVED. ER DOCTOR CASH AND HIS TEAM WERE SO NICE AND TOOK CARE OF MY NAUSEA AND DID MORE FOR ME IN 5 MINUTES THAT NO ONE ELSE COULD DO FOR ME IN 4 HOURS
To the staff and Directors Thank you for your work and honesty of what our expectations should be. I have to say if there was one thing you could improve on is a personal format or email one could send to thank the staff for all they have done.
With heavy hearts I have to end this letter with the unknown if my father has recovered or not. . No matter what happens we are at Peace.
I delivered here and it was nice. They were just busy. But a nurse came in every chance she got. The food was good they were very accomating to me with my choices and even let my husband stay three day I was there with our daughter and even came in and helped pack us up on leaving day. I loved my OB so this is a great hospital to have a baby at.

Asked guy on the phone the current wait time, and he said they couldn't give that info out. Ok fine. We are out of town and my daughter has been crying about her ear. The arrival staff was professional and courteous but the wait time is terrible! We were told the wait would be awhile, but I mean this is a typical ear infection!!! It shouldn't take this long to be seen. Had I known, I would have just drove home to Ohio and gotten seen WAY earlier!! Sad that this is a tourist area and they can't even get us in!!! Absolutely awful!
